About Circle

CIRCLE is a platform of monitoring, evaluation, research, learning (MERL), and knowledge management (KM) professionals in Bangladesh for sharing knowledge, skills and experiences. It was established in 2016 under the support of USAID’s Accelerating Capacity for Monitoring and Evaluation (ACME) activity with an objective of practicing high standard innovative monitoring, evaluation, research and learning (MERL) techniques in development sector. Although, the core concept of CIRCLE was built on USAID monitoring, evaluation, and learning framework, eventually, it has widened its scope of works with related others MERL frameworks, including those of OECD, World Bank and Asian Development Bank.
